At the heart of This Girl Can is breaking through the fear of judgement for women who want to be active and it is important that our social media spaces are a safe and positive place for the community to have conversations and share their stories.   

To make this possible, we ask you to follow the below guidelines to foster this amazing community: 

BE RESPECTFUL OF OTHERS

• Do not make personal attacks in your comments.  

• Do not post content that is discriminatory, obscene, harassing, hateful, threatening, profane or personally abusive. Content that discriminates or contains inappropriate language will be removed.  

• Do not post anything that could be libellous or defamatory.

AVOID SPAM

• Help us stay spam free by not posting repetitive off-topic, irrelevant or unintelligible comments or content.

FOLLOW PLATFORM GUIDELINES

• Do not breach any of the terms of any of the social media platforms themselves. This includes not posting sexually explicit or violent material.

Posts that do not adhere to our community guidelines may be removed or reported. Users who repeatedly post content that falls outside of our guidelines may be banned from participation in our communities.
